Thrivync is operated by Nexzena LLC. This policy explains what information the Thrivync mobile app and website collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at Thrivync@gmail.com.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including: inputs into chat features, tools, or forms; feedback or contact submissions; and account-related information. We may also automatically collect: device and browser information; IP address and general location data; pages visited and time spent on the Platform; and interaction data such as clicks and feature usage.
Mobile App Data and Permissions
The Thrivync mobile app may collect a device identifier and, if you enable notifications, a push notification token used solely to deliver reminders you have asked for. With your explicit permission, the app can read and write calendar events so your schedule appears alongside your study plan; calendar data is used only to display and create those events and is not sold or used for advertising. You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings, and revoking a permission disables only the feature that depends on it.
AI Features and Chat
Thrivync includes AI features, including the Ivyn assistant, course generation, and study tools. When you use these features, the text you submit and the relevant context needed to answer it are transmitted to third-party AI providers that process it on our behalf in order to generate a response. Do not enter information you would not want processed by a third-party provider, including sensitive personal, medical, or financial details. We do not use your chat content to train our own models.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to: operate and improve Thrivync; personalize user experience; analyze usage and performance; process payments and manage subscriptions; send service-related messages such as billing notices; and maintain security and prevent misuse.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information: with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf; to comply with legal obligations; or to protect the safety, rights, and security of users and the Platform.
Service Providers We Use
We rely on the following providers, each of which operates under its own privacy policy: Supabase (account authentication and database storage); Groq (AI model processing for chat and generation features); Stripe (payment and subscription processing — we never receive or store your full card number); Resend (transactional email such as billing notifications); Expo (application delivery and push notification infrastructure); and Railway (application hosting). We encourage you to review their policies.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app under Profile, then Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, courses, flashcards, chat history, and progress are removed from our systems. Records we are required to keep by law, such as legal acceptance records and payment and tax records associated with completed transactions, are retained for the period the law requires. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing Thrivync@gmail.com from your account's email address.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee complete security.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
On our website we use cookies and similar technologies to: ensure proper functionality; remember user preferences; and analyze traffic and usage. You may manage cookies through your browser settings. The mobile app does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad tracking.
User Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access your personal data; request corrections; request deletion of your data; or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at Thrivync@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
Thrivync is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at Thrivync@gmail.com and we will delete it. Where a school or parent provides Thrivync to a student, the school or parent is responsible for obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date and version number.
